Tour Itinerary

Senaru Village to Senaru Crater Rim Your morning begins at 6:30 AM with a hearty breakfast at your accommodation. Shortly after, we take a brief 10-minute walk to the Rinjani Trek Center (RTC) in Senaru to complete your registration. At 8:00 AM, your jungle adventure officially begins. We step directly into the dense, shaded canopy of the Senaru tropical rainforest. The trail is alive with exotic flora, singing birds, and a colorful variety of butterflies. We will make our first major stop at Pos 2 (Montong Satas shelter at 1,500m) for a refreshing tea break and biscuits. We then continue our ascent for another two hours until we reach Pos 3 (Mondokan Lolak at 2,000m), where our team will prepare a delicious, hot lunch. Re-energized, we embark on the final two-hour push up to the Senaru Crater Rim (2,641m). Emerging from the tree line, you will be greeted by the most spectacular view on the mountain. As the day winds down, relax at your pre-set campsite and watch a mesmerizing sunset over Bali’s Mount Agung, with the smoke of Mount Barujari drifting over the lake below.

Hardest and most rewarding trek of my life. Our guide Adi was incredible — knew every rock and kept us safe through the scree.

Sunrise on the summit is unreal. Food on the mountain was way better than expected. Porters are heroes.

Well-organized, professional crew. Tent and sleeping bag quality was great. Would book again.
